Our Creative Process

The TR8 Media creative design & development process is divided in to five main steps, setting an easy to follow roadmap for how your project will progress with us.

Step 1 – Information Gathering

Before we can begin working on your project, we need to gather as much information as we can in relation to what you are trying to achieve. Aside from the obvious question of what the product is you require, we need to discover what the message is that you are trying to portray and of course what the budget is that you are working to.

In the first instance, this is usually attained by an introductory Skype session in which time TR8 Media will ask lots of questions, assess your requirements and answer any questions you might have.

We also ask you to fill out a questionnaire which outlines the details of your project.

Step 2 – The Brief

Using the information collected from our initial discussions along with any documents, images and media you have provided to us. We begin creating a brief or outline of the content and goals for the project.
This is a very important step as this will be the blueprint we will follow when creating your project.

At this stage, you would receive a copy of the creative brief and if any further amendments or changes are needed then these are worked upon until you are completely happy with the way the brief looks.

Once you are ready to proceed, you sign off the brief and we get our creative juices flowing!

Step 3 – Brainstorm & Mockups

At this stage TR8 Media comes in to its element; we get our designers, producers, marketers and developers to put their creative hats on and come up with some novel ideas from your brief.

Our designers then create some sketches, mock-ups, storyboards or renderings to show you how the layout might look and we ask you to look these over and make sure that everything is to your liking.

If you wish to make changes then we go back to the drawing board and make amendments until you are happy. Once you are totally satisfied with the way your project is coming along then you sign off the mock-ups with approval and we begin on the main design phase.

Step 4 – The Design Phase

Now the research is done, the content is finalised and the mock-ups approved our professional team begin working hard to craft your project to a finished result.

Step 5 – Delivery

Once the work has been completed we will email you a private link to view your first draft where you will be able to make comments and request any changes or additions if necessary.

Once approved, your design will be delivered to you in a variety of digital formats of your choice and optionally a hard copy can also be created and delivered to a nominated recipient.
