We’ll simply send you an invoice, or you can sign up and pay via our website or over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Bank Deposits and Cheques as well as PayPal or Skrill. Full details will be included on the Invoice.

Depending on the project and/or task, TR8 Media charge a fee on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or per project basis. For smaller projects done at our studios, the cost is based on the actual hours spent on the project. The project proposal will be based upon a fixed price or estimated hours spent. If a project requires a visit to your premises or further afield, TR8 Media usually applies a daily fee. For any project requiring travel, TR8 Media will also bill for the actual costs incurred for related travel expenses and (if necessary) accommodation. Please note the following: The exact fee will vary based on the expertise sought, the location of the project and other relevant factors. Our fee structure is in line with what you would expect to pay for similar professional services. Regardless of the project, TR8 Media will provide you with a written proposal outlining the costs in black and white. Work on the project would only begin after your acceptance of the proposal and payment of the initial deposit.

Yes. Even though TR8 Media always takes the utmost care to assure that your data and intellectual property are protected, we encourage the execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to any project initiation. We use an industry standard agreement which you may use or your organisation’s legal department may provide one. Please keep in mind that if your company agreement substantially deviates from our standard agreement, it may take longer to execute and/or may be refused.

We know how difficult it is to raise funds as a startup and how hard it can be to work on a budget. TR8 Media can offer you the option of spreading the cost of your project out over a period of time – interest free. Please contact us for more information as we look at each project individually.

Every project is different and because of that it is impossible to generalise and give a specific time frame for completion. The packages that are available to purchase direct from our website do have time frames for completion attached to them and each time frame is different. To see the time frame for completion on our packages please take a look through the items in our shop or alternatively contact us to discuss your exact requirements.

TR8 Media deal with international clients on a daily basis, distance is no barrier in the digital age. We use a variety of methods to keep in touch with our clients on a regular basis. The frequency of contact completely depends on the client’s preferences. We use a combination of phone calls, Skype calls, remote access and chats to keep in touch with our clients and to keep you in the loop. When it comes to file exchange, we prefer to use Dropbox or Mega or we can set up a bespoke FTP account.

You do. The website and your domain name are your property and can be taken with you if you ever choose to move to a different host.

Yes, this is completely left up to you. Every aspect of the website can be customised to your liking, including the colours. Just let us know what colours you’d like used.

No, there is not. If you run out of space in your top navigational menu you can easily add “sub-pages”. As a result there is literally no limit to the number of pages your website can have.

Yes, we offer 1 years FREE webhosting with any web design packages bought in our shop and our prices start yearly from £250 +VAT per annum. TR8 Media Web Hosting features an enhanced user interface that is fully integrated with cPanel. Our single-sign on control panel gives you access to domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other hosting account features. Our hosting accounts run on our superfast cloud based UK server farm and offering a cloud interface to control the functions of your hosting such as FTP accounts, emails, fileuploads, databases etc

A domain name is a unique address which points to your website. Eg. www.tr8media.com

CMS stands for Content Management System. CMS’s are designed to simplify the publication of web content to websites and make changes instantly using any computer with an internet connection. Additionally, CMS allow content creators to easily edit and organise a website in a collaborative manner, adding video, music, blogs and much more.

This largely depends on what is involved, as well as how soon you, as the client, are able provide us with the essential documents, such as copy and pictures. A simple brochure site can be up and running in 1 or 2 weeks. More complex projects can take longer. When we know your exact requirements, we will send you a contract with a realistic end date. We know that project deadlines are very important : we will always do our utmost to meet them.

TR8 Media provide a fixed price quotation for every job based on a detailed understanding of your requirements. What your website will cost will depend, to a great extent, on what you want (number of pages required, functions on the website, CMS…) – as every website is unique, the time involved in one can vary considerably compared to another. This is why we offer a free price quote so we can give you an estimate as to how much the project will cost. The prices of our package deals start from as little as £750+VAT for a basic website. If you are considering a bespoke project with us then please contact us for a quotation. A deposit (typically 30% – 50%) is required with your order and the rest is payable after the site is completed to your satisfaction.

No, we do not.

Initially we upload the pictures for your first 20 products and 20 categories/sub categories to get you started.. If you would like us to add the products for you just let us know and we will provide you with a quote.

No you do not. Everything is controlled from an administration system (CMS) accessed from your internet browser.

Both you and your customers receive an email confirmation via email. All order history is tracked via the CMS which can then be viewed at any point in time by both you and your customers.

Yes. The online shop system offers a group discount system allowing you to give special prices to certain customers.

Yes we do!! A wishlist gives your customers the ability to add products to a list for tracking purposes. The customer can then return to purchase them at a later date. This feature is a great way to increase your chances of having repeat customers. The wish list feature: Enables your customers to keep track of products they would like to purchase in the future. For the annual fee of £99 we can install an SSL Certificate into your online shop. An SSL certificate is only an optional addition for online shops that use Paypal as their payment gateway, however it is a requirement if using one of the banks payment gateways.

Yes, we have a wide range of payment gateways available including the widely accepted PayPal, allowing people to pay via their PayPal account or directly via credit card. Alternatively, we can integrate a payment gateway directly from your bank, allowing your customers to pay via credit card without ever leaving your website. Our payment gateways support both Visa and Mastercard and work with all leading international banks.

There is no limit. By using the user-friendly secure administration system you can add as many products and categories as you wish.
