What sets them apart from other companies out there is that they deliver the bikes directly to the customer, anywhere in Cornwall. Once the customer has finished with them, Coastal Trail come and collect them from whatever location they are in.
The company needed a clean and easy to navigate website that would facilitate an easy to use customer experience.
It was also important that the site was mobile friendly as it was anticipated that most of the traffic on the website was to come from tablets and mobile devices.
We opted for a WordPress based website and integrated an online booking software CRM that enables the end user to hire the bikes directly through the website.
