Launched in Truro in 2018, Keyline Solutions offer temporary recruitment services across the whole of Cornwall.

Working in the health and social care sector requires a special type of person; Keyline Solutions creates a culture where you are safe, seen, heard and respected.

Trait Media Ltd were commissioned to design and develop a comprehensive web development project for health and social sector recruitment agency Keyline Solutions.

To do this we had to ensure that there were capabilities available for Keyline Solutions in house team to manage and maintain the large volume of applications that would be submitted through the website from not only potential candidates but also from Employers who had work positions they were looking to fill.

We implemented a solution allowing full profile creation for candidates, who can register and create a profile, upload their CV and employment details and apply for work positions directly through the website.

We also implemented a seperate profile creation for Employers, allowing them to register and post work placements directly on the website.

All of this is manageable and easily facilitated by a comprehensive back end programming that allows the in house staff at Keyline Solutions to take charge of their business and reduce the amount of time spent in paperwork.

Everything is done digitally and synced perfectly with their in office systems all securely and within the scope of GDPR.
