Louise Roche is a health and fitness mentor based in Sydney, Australia. Louise studied nutrition at Deakin University and is internationally accredited as a fitness trainer with the fitness institute of Australia.

Her own health journey began with a massive 25kg weight loss transformation and she now coaches others to live an active life.
